Responsibilities
- Act as an administrator for Aderant Expert, eBilling Hub and BillFiler
- Supporting in the management, maintenance and technical ownership of all practice management systems
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements
- Provide support service responding to queries from fee earners, secretaries, HR, BD and finance staff
- Assist with the evaluation of upgrades, patches and fixes
- Assist with the delivery of Finance and IT projects
- Keep finance systems up to date as well as running regular systems routines
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
- Document processes, procedures and policies
Requirements
- 5 years + experience working with accounting systems
- Experience of working with SQL/SSRS is essential
- Ability to source data in response to ad-hoc data requests
- Prior experience using Aderant Expert would be desirable
- Excellent attention to detail – a high level of accuracy is essential
- Team player – flexible and willing to take on extra responsibilities
