Requirements
- Solid hands-on software engineering experience from design to production delivery and maintenance – Plan, Build & Run
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages (C# or Python preferred)
- Experience working with at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Good software architecture skills, ability to design complex systems with functional and non-functional requirements
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performance engineering teams
- Customer-centric mindset and strong ownership for results, impact, and continuous improvement
- Data-informed approach to decision making
- Exposure to operational excellence practices (incident management, postmortems, and continuous improvement loops)
