Your Mission
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our fast-growing Product team. Reporting to our VP Product, you will be supporting the team on Nuvei for Platform, our product for marketplaces and other platforms
In this role, you will lead and coordinate marketplace-related product initiatives across multiple product and development teams. You will act as the product focal point for marketplace capabilities, ensuring alignment, consistency, and delivery across domains such as payments, onboarding, compliance, payouts, and reporting.
This is a senior, high-impact role requiring strong product leadership, influence without authority, and deep understanding of payment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketplace and platform capabilities
Lead cross-product initiatives spanning multiple teams and Product Owners in a matrix organization
Act as the product orchestrator for marketplace flows across onboarding, payments, risk, payouts, and reporting
Drive alignment between teams on priorities, scope, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Translate regulatory, compliance, risk, and operational requirements into scalable product solutions
Work closely with engineering on APIs, SDKs, and back-office experiences
Collaborate with sales, solutions engineering, customer success, risk, and operations on enterprise marketplace customers
Define clear product requirements, success metrics, and go-to-market readiness
Ensure a consistent, high-quality merchant and platform experience across independently owned product areas
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
Proven experience working with marketplaces or platform-based products
Strong understanding of payment flows, including settlement, payouts, and reconciliation
Background or understanding of compliance and KYC/B processes
Experience working in a matrix organization, leading initiatives across multiple teams without direct authority
Ability to influence, align, and drive execution across Product Owners and engineering teams
Experience with API-first and developer-facing products
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex problems
High ownership mindset and strong execution capabilities
