Requirements
- 10+ years of extensive experience in data management, analytics, or AI-related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Deep technical expertise in data management principles and modern data platforms including AI engineering, cloud data warehouses, and data lakes
- Hands-on experience designing and managing AI agent architectures
- Familiarity with building enterprise-grade GenAI services
- Strong background in global delivery models and operating at scale
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP), data management certifications, or AI/ML certifications are highly valued
