Responsibilities
Lead the global medical affairs strategy for Radioligand Therapies (RLT)
Shape integrated evidence and lifecycle strategies using innovative methodologies
Provide strategic medical leadership to guide lifecycle planning
Partner closely with Development, Regulatory, Commercial and regional Medical Affairs teams
Drive the creation and delivery of robust global medical launch plans
Represent the global medical perspective with credibility
Champion the voice of patients by embedding unmet needs into global evidence generation
Requirements
Advanced degree in a health‑related field (Doctor of Medicine strongly preferred; Doctor of Philosophy or Doctor of Pharmacy also considered)
Significant pharmaceutical industry experience within global medical affairs and/or clinical development
Proven experience in oncology and/or Radioligand Therapies
Strong strategic mindset with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders
Demonstrated experience shaping and delivering global medical strategy across multiple development phases
Extensive experience delivering complex global evidence generation programmes to a high scientific and ethical standard
Deep understanding of clinical research principles, regulatory frameworks, healthcare systems, and ethical standards
Established credibility as a peer expert with external medical leaders, investigators, and scientific communities
