About the role
- Consultant AMOA managing strategic projects with a central role in project success. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for major clients in France.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-visibility, high-impact strategic program, ensuring successful delivery of project deliverables
- Coordinate all project managers and contributors to ensure effective cross-functional momentum
- Act as the primary interface between all stakeholders (business, IT, external partners)
- Actively participate in defining and steering the product/program strategy
- Ensure alignment of priorities and objectives throughout the project
- Provide an overall perspective and strategic oversight on functional, organizational, and strategic issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (AMOA Consultant and/or Product Owner)
- Comfortable managing complex programs or projects
- Recognized for your ability to unite and work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions at all levels
- Autonomy, strong sense of responsibility, and a clear advisory mindset
- Ability to take a step back and operate comfortably in demanding environments
- Knowledge of issues related to digitization and document management/collection in digital environments is a plus
