About the role

Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver strategic projects in the Payments & Cards domain.
- Support client projects in payment strategy, card product development, and operational optimization
- Assist in designing and implementing payment solutions (card schemes, payment processing, digital wallets)
- Participate in the launch of card products (credit, debit, prepaid), working under senior guidance
- Contribute to optimizing card operations, such as authorization, clearing, and settlement
- Help identify and assess risks in payment operations, including fraud and compliance
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and regulations to support client recommendations
- Actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team training sessions
- Support the creation of client proposals and marketing materials during business development efforts
Requirements
- Master's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3 - 8 years of experience in treasury management, finance, payments, or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry
- Experience in requirements gathering, process design, and developing action plans
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work well in cross-functional teams and engage effectively with stakeholders
- Fluent in English and French/Dutch.
