About the role
- Finance Business Partner acting as the primary financial partner for Technology and Product organizations. Supporting financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary finance partner to Technology and Product SVP/VP leaders
- Analyze and track performance across the P&L
- Lead monthly business reviews and in‑year outlooks
- Partner with leaders on annual planning and investment business cases
- Own financial inputs and narratives for supported portfolios
- Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Sourcing/Procurement
- Drive process improvement and forecasting discipline
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (finance or economics preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or related roles
- Experience serving as a Finance Business Partner to senior leaders
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to influence without authority
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Oracle‑based ERP systems and SmartView; exposure to SQL, Looker, Anaplan, or Alteryx is a plus
