- NAU Platform System Administrator for Nord Anglia Education's learning platform. Collaborating and enhancing user experience through technical support and platform management in London HQ.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with NAU Platform Innovation Lead to implement agreed roadmap for maintaining and enhancing the platform
- Contribute to liaising with platform vendors and maintaining these relationships
- Maintain technical architecture, working to an agreed playbook (communities, user learning journey, content tagging and auditing, skills taxonomy etc)
- Implement and maintain an agreed archiving and sunsetting process for all elements of learning programmes
- Support with implementing UX/UI enhancements that meet evolving personalisation needs
- Monitor and implement agreed platform standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of platform infrastructure
- Proven experience working with the Docebo platform (or similar)
- Background in platform management, lifecycle management, and vendor relationships
- Collaborative mindset with a user-centric approach
- Familiarity with data governance, security and compliance standards
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver on immediate priorities and plan for future needs.
