Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand business drivers, technical requirements, and project objectives for core network assessment and optimization.

Translate assessment findings into actionable solution designs and optimization roadmaps.
Act as the primary technical interface between Nokia and customer technical teams for assessment and optimization projects.
Support the implementation of recommended optimizations, including configuration changes, software upgrades, and process improvements.
Ensure all deliverables meet Nokia quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and security requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in relevant Engineering and proven at least 5 years experience in network assessment, optimization, and solution architecture in telecom environments.
Deep expertise in core network technologies (IMS, MSS, EPC, 5GC, VoLTE, etc.) and related protocols.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with network management, monitoring, and audit tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, including English proficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams in complex project environments.
Experience leading small teams or projects with manageable risks.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills for complex scenarios.
Knowledge of current industry trends and innovations in telecommunications.
