Responsibilities
- Review and validate engineering requirements against product capabilities
- Create and review Methods of Procedures prior to implementation
- Provide problem-resolution assistance and training to other technical support personnel
- Participate in Dry-Run, Field Trials and Preliminary Acceptance Tests
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Knowledge of RHEL (Red Hat)/CentOS Linux, docker, Kubernetes, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology (nice to have)
- Familiarity with carrier networking protocols such as BGP, MPLS, OPSF, VPNs, QoS, Security, etc. (nice to have)
