About the role
- Working Student in Verification department extending AI/ML use in testing for 5G technology. Development, training, and testing of AI models to discover potential malfunctions in 5G systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop an AI model for bug finding in Nokia gNB based on internal logs
- Defining neuronal networks for log file analyses with nlp methodology.
- Preprocess data sources for neuronal network training and querying
- Train the AI model based on expected messages exchanges between networks elements
- Test the AI models on different log types of simulated and real environment systems reproduced in laboratory
Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelor’s student in Germany and target to be on-site in Ulm regularly
- Hands-on AI/ML knowledge (with focus on NLP, neuronal networks)
- Basic knowledge of 5G Mobile Networks
- Good programming skills in Python (preferably with knowledge in tensorflow, pandas and flask)
- Experiences on unix/linux bash
- SW development or testing experience (preferable: telecommunications background)
- Creativity, proactivity and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English
- Availability for at least six months
