About the role
- Senior Manager in Salesforce Engineering enhancing customer experiences through Salesforce solutions. Managing end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle and collaborating with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead, mentor and guide developers; perform code reviews and ensure best practices
- Manage deployments and version control using tools such as Git, Gearset
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware, or custom integrations
- Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications and features
- Keep up with new Salesforce features, capabilities, and releases
- Work closely with Salesforce Admins, QA teams, and Product Managers to deliver business value
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in B.Tech., BCA, MBA, M.Tech., or MCA
- At least 6 years of implementation experience within Salesforce ecosystem
- Salesforce certifications
