About the role

Responsibilities
- Technical and functional focal point for defining the evolution strategy of business areas, supporting decision-making on maintenance, optimization, or enhancement of SAP applications;
- Ongoing (AMS) role as an SAP SD / LE-TRA (TMS) Consultant, focused on crisis and critical incident support, providing N4 support for root cause analysis, solution definition, and environment stabilization;
- Technical and strategic assessment of ongoing projects, ensuring post go-live governance, operational support, and structured knowledge transfer;
- Integrated collaboration with business areas, AMS, BPO, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment between the SAP solution and operational needs;
- Support in defining best practices, functional documentation, process design (AS-IS / TO-BE), and continuous improvement;
- Knowledge of and involvement with AI initiatives, process automation, and RPAs for Support and Service Desk operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field;
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP SD and SAP LE-TRA (TMS);
- Experience in SAP projects;
- Hands-on technical experience with SAP SD / LE-TRA (TMS);
- Experience in AMS support, including management of critical incidents, problems, and changes;
- Knowledge of billing, logistics, and transportation processes, with experience in complex and integrated environments;
- Essential knowledge of Peru’s tax and billing processes (SUNAT);
- Experience in integrated SAP environments (e.g., FI, MM, TM, GRC, or legacy systems);
- Experience in SAP projects (implementation, rollout, or enhancement) and post go-live support;
- Knowledge of demand management via ITSM, preferably ServiceNow;
- Desired: experience in multinational environments or LATAM operations;
- Experience with AMS governance, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement;
- Ability to act as a technical reference (SME) for SD / TMS.
