About the role
- Information Security Analyst providing second-level support and managing security tools at NetSecurity. Collaborating with teams to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities through advanced troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized second-level support (12x36 - night shift), handling more complex cases, troubleshooting and advanced routines, focusing on the mitigation of risks and vulnerabilities.
- Administration of firewalls, proxy, Virtual Private Network (VPN), email filters, and antivirus solutions.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of networking
- Experience with security solutions (antivirus, content filtering, antispam, IPS/IDS — perimeter protection, firewall)
- Troubleshooting skills
- Availability to work nights and/or weekends
- Good command of Portuguese grammar and spelling
- General knowledge of perimeter security tools (antivirus, antispam, firewall, etc.)
- Possess relevant vendor certifications (NSE4 or equivalent, PCNSA, etc.)
- CCNA certification
- Familiarity with ISO 27000, LGPD, and ITIL
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Networking, Systems Analysis, or a related field
- Experience with FortiGate, Palo Alto, or Trend Micro solutions
- English: Intermediate
