Responsibilities
Architecting the agentic future: Lead the transition from manual and system-supported workflows to AI-enabled, increasingly autonomous processes across all global functions. You will take AI initiatives from concept to production and ensure they are fully integrated into business operations.
Rethinking & Rebuilding our system landscape: You have a full mandate to rethink our entire current setup. If it doesn't serve our future as an AI-first company, your mission is to simplify legacy structures and rebuild our enterprise backbone from the ground up.
Transforming our Go-to-Market landscape: Lead an immediate overhaul of our Go-to-Market systems and data flow. Partner with Sales, Marketing and CXT to eliminate silos and build a unified, AI-first foundation that serves as the blueprint for our wider organizational transformation.
Designing the "NavVis OS": Own the internal AI, data, and systems landscape end-to-end. You will implement a scalable, API-first architecture that improves integration and reliability across the whole organization.
Establishing data as a strategic asset: Partner with the CFO and our GTM leaders to define and implement a world-class data strategy and data governance. You create the "Single Source of Truth" that ensures governed, reliable, and end-to-end visibility across the customer lifecycle.
Scaling the function and technology ecosystem: Build and lead the AI, Data & Systems function. You will manage the internal cost base and take the lead on evaluating, selecting, and negotiating with major technology vendors.
Building & Leading a high-performing team: Lead, coach, and develop a team of System Integration Engineers and take lateral responsibility for all data science and AI topics at NavVis.
Requirements

Strategic Vendor Management: You have a proven track record of managing complex vendor ecosystems and negotiating high-stakes contracts to ensure our tech stack is both cutting-edge and cost-efficient.
AI & Change Leadership: You are an early adopter who pushes the boundaries of AI every day. You understand the human nature of change and how to move an organization from scattered AI initiatives to a structured, value-driven approach.
People Leadership: You are a seasoned manager who knows how to coach and develop a team in a fast changing environment and you have the interpersonal skills to be a leader people love to follow.
Go-to-Market Expertise: You have a deep understanding of Go-To-Market dynamics. You’ve successfully navigated the complexities of CRM architectures, lead-to-renew flows, and the data governance required to align Sales, Marketing, and Success.
