About the role

Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial contracts;
- Handle routine corporate law matters, including drafting minutes, contractual amendments, corporate reorganizations and other corporate filings;
- Draft and review legal instruments related to securitization transactions, the issuance and offering of debt securities, as well as other structured transactions;
- Provide general corporate advisory services to domestic and international clients; and
- Actively participate in client meetings, presenting tailored solutions and ensuring a high standard of technical quality and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Law degree with active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association), with a minimum of 8 years since graduation;
- Solid experience in Corporate and Contract Law within a law firm environment;
- Experience in Capital Markets, with a focus on debt transactions and securitization;
- Versatile and multidisciplinary professional profile.
