Requirements
Previous Board experience is an asset but is not required.
Orientation and ongoing education are provided.
Experience or expertise in Human Resources and Labour Relations.
Experience or expertise in Financial management or accounting.
Experience or expertise in Legal expertise (Health, Employment, Corporate, or Governance).
Experience or expertise in Long-Term Care Redevelopment/Construction Project Management.
Experience or expertise in Public Affairs and Marketing.
Sound judgement, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to community service.
