Junior Financial Analyst in a fast-growing appliance company focused on repair and sustainability. Collaborating with the finance team to manage key financial metrics and reporting.
Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze and develop key financial and operational KPIs (revenue, margins, productivity, cash)
Participate in preparing, updating and monitoring the annual budget and the multi-year business plan
Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast variances and formulate actionable recommendations
Produce monthly financial reporting for management and shareholders
Contribute to the reliability of financial data in a multi-activity, multi-entity context
Help build and evolve the long-term financial model (growth, margins, working capital, cash, financing)
Perform scenario analyses (scaling of workshops, new regions, acquisitions, capex)
Prepare financial materials for investors and financial partners: unit economics, profitability trajectory, financing needs and cash runway
Work closely with field teams to analyze the profitability of operations (repair, refurbishing, logistics)
Support decision-making on strategic investments (new workshops, equipment, hiring)
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Finance, Business School, University or equivalent
2 to 4 years’ experience (including internships or work-study placements) in FP&A, audit, consulting, transaction services or M&A
Excellent command of Excel (models, analyses, data structuring)
Solid foundations in financial modeling
Good understanding of financial statements: P&L, cash flow, balance sheet
Strong focus on profitability, cash and scalability issues
Professional level English (written and spoken)
High analytical rigor and attention to detail
Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity and proactivity
Ability to work with non-financial and operational teams
Ability to structure, synthesize and explain complex analyses
Strong interest in circular economy and environmental impact topics.
