About the role
- SAP-HCM-Consultant optimizing SAP-HCM solutions for leading SAP consulting firm. Collaborating on design and implementation of customer requirements and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Aufnahme von Kundenanforderungen sowie Gestaltung und Optimierung der Prozesse
- Betreuung der SAP-HCM-Lösungen unserer Kunden mit den Schwerpunkten Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft
- Umsetzung neuer fachspezifischer und gesetzlicher Anforderungen durch entsprechendes Customizing
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Fachbereichen bei der Prozessoptimierung der SAP-HCM-Systemlandschaft
- Sicherstellen einer kostengerechten Umsetzung der Projekte (insbesondere zum Jahreswechsel)
- Unterstützung der Kunden im laufenden Betrieb im Rahmen des 2nd Level Supports
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder der Betriebswirtschaft bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Beratungs- und/oder Projekterfahrung bei der Konzeption und Implementierung von SAP-HCM-Lösungen mit den Schwerpunktthemen Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Engagement sowie sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
- Fließende Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache.
