Responsibilities
Support the Sr. Project Lead in developing key project materials, including business requirements, UAT test scripts, executive status reports, and other documentation.
Perform data gathering and analysis to support business discussions (e.g., compiling operational inputs, summarizing observations, organizing SME feedback)
Conduct complex data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement within Commercial Loan Operations.
Create detailed process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio to illustrate current and future state workflows.
Support UAT testing for medium to large-scale initiatives by executing test cases, consolidating results and evidence, and escalating issues to the Sr. Project Lead.
Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project deliverables.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of banking experience; syndicated lending experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Knowledge of LoanIQ preferred.
