Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical specialist in Dynamics 365
- Define and evolve the architecture of CRM applications
- Lead integration initiatives between the CRM and other systems
- Develop advanced customizations in Dynamics 365
- Establish development standards and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers
- Work with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Requirements
- Act as a technical specialist in Dynamics 365, supporting the team in developing robust and scalable solutions.
- Define and evolve CRM application architecture, ensuring performance, security, and compliance with corporate standards.
- Lead integration initiatives between the CRM and other corporate systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus and other Azure components.
- Develop advanced customizations in Dynamics 365, including plug-ins, workflows, actions and business logic.
- Create standards, guidelines and best practices for development, integration and customization.
- Perform code reviews, mentor developers and ensure the quality of the team’s deliverables.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, version control and platform governance.
