About the role
- Specialist in Business Architecture focusing on process intelligence for enterprise transformation. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and improve processes using data-driven models.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Develop a deep knowledge of core systems to locate appropriate process data
- Partner with data owners to identify data sources that can be leveraged in process models
- Produce process models using relevant applications
- Demonstrate process models and data driven recommendations to end users
- Assist in modelling current-state and desired business process scenarios, applying corporate modelling standards, definitions, techniques (e.g. BPMN)
- Conduct thorough analyses of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for solutions
- Utilize process mapping and modelling techniques to visualize workflows.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience with demonstrated expertise in using information to analyze business performance, identify opportunities and solve problems
- Minimum of 1 year of business analysis, process design or process improvement experience
- High motivation, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Teamwork and collaborative focus, customer service oriented
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
