Product Owner responsible for B2B2C digital product delivery and content management. Overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle and content operations with international partners.
Responsibilities
**Job Purpose **
This is a hybrid role between Product Delivery and Content Management. The role owns B2B2C digital products (from ideation to delivery and post launch optimization), while also overseeing content and partner operations (sourcing, onboarding/uploading, licensing coordination, optimization, and performance reporting).
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Have end-to-end ownership of clients’ products across multiple markets.
Collect client requirements and translate them into value-oriented features as part of product evolution.
Control the full update cycle: understanding, client adaptation, stakeholder alignment, testing, official launch, and post-launch behavior monitoring.
Negotiate with international partners/licensors and execute defined negotiation objectives.
Conclude and administer contracts; maintain contract and billing databases.
Control license reporting and optimize the license management system (LMS) in cooperation with development.
Serve as the single point of contact for licensors and service/content partners and support them throughout operations and delivery.
Act as the technical interface for content suppliers, handling content delivery and integration requests.
Create user stories that capture requirements, oversee execution through delivery, and define acceptance criteria across to enforce the quality management system.
Produce data-driven product/content reports based on customer usage and portfolio performance to identify improvements and revenue opportunities.
Partner with Marketing to evaluate portfolio performance, create content roadmaps, and plan/execute specials and campaigns.
Support Sales in business case development and estimating expected costs/expenses.
Suggest improvements to user flows and manage partner integrations to improve the user experience
