About the role

  • Joining the Merchandising team as Merchandise Planning Support Administrator. Responsible for facilitating stock management and product availability across various categories.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll help prepare and analyse replenishment orders **• Placing product orders and chasing deliveries to meet deadlines **• Monitoring stock levels and taking corrective action where needed**• Forecasting future stock requirements and planning for seasonal performance **• Running reports and presenting data to support decision-making **• Collaborating with Product Managers, Suppliers, and Store Managers **• Supporting promotional activities and marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable **• Retail experience is an advantage **• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook **• Strong numerical and analytical skills **• Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks under pressure **• Adaptable and proactive, with a collaborative mindset **• Clear and confident communicator
