Responsibilities
Perform 3D modelling and analysis of mechanical systems
Prepare design documents (plans and specifications) with an emphasis in utility service design
Engineer and design mechanical portions of waterfront facilities such as marinas, container terminals, marine oil terminals, and pump stations (sewer and storm water)
Conduct 3D model reviews, clash checks and interdisciplinary reviews of developed drawing packages
Participate in and conduct quality control reviews of deliverables

Requirements
Pursing a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Must be at least a Junior in their Bachelor’s program
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Acknowledgement in developing equipment specification, calculation, data sheets, drawings reviews and other documents related to the mechanical design
Design experience in industrial complex and / or marine terminals is a plus
General understanding of process design, process flow diagram development, and piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) development
Experience in piping design and other mechanical equipment; 3D design development experience a plus (Plant 3D, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.)
Some planning and task management skills
AutoCAD or computer aiding drafting experience
