Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of mechanical, electrical, and integration engineers based in Jerusalem.
Oversee the design, integration, and deployment of complex vehicle systems, ensuring technical excellence, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.
Plan and supervise daily engineering activities for vehicle builds, retrofits, and maintenance supporting ADAS data collection.
Serve as the global domain owner for vehicle integration systems- defining engineering standards, methodologies, and processes across all Mobileye sites.
Develop and maintain global guidelines for mechanical design, low-voltage electrical systems, networking (Ethernet/CAN), and hardware/software interfaces.
Partner with engineering teams worldwide to ensure system consistency, scalability, and reliability across the global fleet.
Support global deployment of new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee integration of data acquisition platforms- including sensors (camera, lidar, radar), compute units, and data loggers-ensuring seamless hardware/software performance.
Collaborate closely with software, data, and validation teams to ensure aligned system integration and optimal vehicle performance.
Lead root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements in complex vehicle systems.
Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
7+ years of experience in multidisciplinary engineering roles (automotive, robotics, or aerospace).
3+ years of proven team management experience, ideally in a global or cross-site environment.
Strong technical expertise in:
Vehicle electrical architectures and low-voltage (DC) systems
Networking protocols (CAN, Ethernet, LIN)
Mechanical integration and packaging of vehicle components
Linux systems integration
Demonstrated experience with vehicle integration, ADAS platforms, or data acquisition systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Fluency in Hebrew and English (additional languages are an advantage).
