About the role
- Testing Analyst planning and executing manual tests at Minsait. Collaborating with teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design and execute manual functional tests (exploratory, regression, smoke, etc.).
- Create and maintain test cases and validation scripts based on acceptance criteria and technical documentation.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Report and track defects, ensuring proper prioritization and resolution.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retrospective).
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts and Product Owners (POs) to ensure high-quality deliveries.
- Support the definition of acceptance criteria and testing strategies from the start of development.
Requirements
- Experience in manual functional testing.
- Knowledge of defect management.
- Understanding of test phases and test cycles.
- Experience with Zephyr (preferred).
- Experience in test documentation (Test Plan, evidence, etc.).
- Test automation knowledge is a plus.
