About the role

• Engineer responsible for the configuration and operational setup of devices in toll systems. Ensuring quality standards and technical compliance while resolving field incidents.

Responsibilities

• Professional responsible for configuring, testing and commissioning devices used in toll systems, ensuring correct operation of equipment, standardization of configurations, and technical quality of deliverables, also performing diagnosis and resolution of field incidents.
• Configure devices and equipment used in toll systems;
• Perform firmware updates, configure IP addressing and operational parameters;
• Manage and control technical assets;
• Execute diagnostics and resolve technical issues;
• Commission equipment (put equipment into operation);
• Prepare, update and maintain technical documentation;
• Conduct field testing and support technical validation activities;
• Interact with internal teams, vendors and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed);
• Minimum of 3 years' experience configuring and testing devices and equipment;
• Experience with firmware updates and network configuration (IP);
• Experience in fault diagnosis and technical issue resolution;
• Experience in equipment commissioning.
• Knowledge of toll systems;
• Intermediate level Spanish;
• Communication networks;
• Linux (Ubuntu);
• Docker;
• PostgreSQL database;
• Virtualization systems;
• Monitoring tools (Zabbix);
• ETM (testing) tools and JIRA;
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and working at heights.
