About the role
- Werkstudent Quality Assurance supporting the department with administrative tasks and documentation preparation. Creating newsletters and managing documentation processes for production in a well-established family-owned company.
Responsibilities
- Support the department with a variety of administrative and documentation-related tasks
- Prepare batch documentation for production and manage document exchange between different departments
- Draft the weekly QA newsletter
- Create and revise documents and work instructions using MS Office
- Create new documents in the MasterControl document management system
- Support handling of deviations in SAP and maintain the QA training history
- File contracts and maintain the associated database
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a technical or scientific degree program
- Strong IT skills and confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent English skills
- Organized and able to work independently
- Quality-conscious and team-oriented
