About the role

• Senior Front End Developer building and scaling user-facing applications for Mine, an AI Personal Finance Company. Taking ownership of frontend development while collaborating with cross-functional teams in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the frontend development lifecycle—from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Build out and iterate on our AI product initiatives
• Build and maintain high-quality applications using Flutter
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create intuitive, delightful user experiences
• Lead complex technical projects involving multiple engineers and push the design team to deliver world-class products
• Balance team collaboration with independent execution to meet ambitious goals and tight timelines
• Architect, refactor, and debug applications at scale without introducing regressions
• Work with observability tools like Sentry and Datadog to monitor and optimize application performance
• Implement and maintain event tracking systems using tools like RudderStack and Mixpanel
• Mentor junior developers and help establish engineering best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile development with strong Flutter expertise
• Built and maintained mobile/web applications at scale—experience architecting, refactoring, and debugging applications with lots of users
• Strong experience with modern frontend tooling, architectural patterns, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with observability and analytics tools (Sentry, Datadog, RudderStack, Mixpanel)
• Startup experience and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments (wear lots of hats 🧢 👒 ⛑️)
