Managing Director leading Mindler's Nordic operations to enhance mental healthcare access. Overseeing strategy, P&L, and clinical delivery across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
Responsibilities
Own full P&L for Sweden, Denmark, Norway (and Nordic strategy alignment with Group).
Design and execute market strategy and growth targets, in collaboration with Group functions
Source and land commercial agreements and build long‑term relationships with decision makers and stakeholders.
Oversee the digital clinical operations plus physical hubs (ND clinic Stockholm, psychotherapy clinic Malmö)
Optimize production and unit economics: balance clinician supply/demand and improve margins.
Monitor operations and KPIs; report regularly to Group management and Board.
Ensure legal, clinical and information security compliance across markets; enforce clinical standards and local regulations.
Collaborate with Group functions to ensure that product development, marketing and business development is adapted to capture local market opportunities and needs
Lead the Nordic operations, supported by the Nordic management team (clinical lead, clinical managers, partnership manager, marketing, customer operations, HR and business controlling)
Requirements
Proven track record in healthcare commercial leadership in Sweden.
Experience forming and negotiating commercial collaborations with public bodies and/or insurers.
Demonstrated ownership of full P&L and delivery of profitable growth
Demonstrated leadership, and people management skills.
Deep understanding of the nordic psychology/mental health market and stakeholder landscape.
Excellent communicator; builds trust with clinicians, partners and public decision makers.
MSc in Psychology, or corresponding education
