About the role

Responsibilities
- • Embed with a web delivery team and act as the day-to-day owner of delivery priorities
- Break down business goals into clear, actionable backlog items that developers can confidently deliver
- Own sprint and short-term delivery planning, keeping work focused, sequenced, and achievable
- Actively manage dependencies, risks, and blockers, resolving issues before they slow the team
- Ensure the team has everything needed to deliver: requirements, designs, decisions, access, and context
- Balance incoming requests with delivery capacity, helping stakeholders understand trade-offs and timelines
- Review delivered work, gather feedback, and feed learnings into upcoming iterations
- Keep stakeholders regularly informed on progress, changes, and delivery outcomes
Requirements
- • Experience working with web or digital product teams in a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or Business Analyst role
- Strong understanding of web delivery workflows (frontend, backend, APIs, UX/UI collaboration)
- Clear, structured thinking — you know how to turn ambiguity into executable plans
- A delivery-first mindset: pragmatic, outcome-driven, and comfortable making trade-offs
- Confident communicator across developers, designers, and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments without losing momentum
- Nice to Have: Experience working with large Australian retailers and companies in eCommerce
- Visa or permission to travel to Australia.
