- Take ownership of your code every step of the way - from development to testing, deployment and maintenance

- Deliver clean, scalable, and thoroughly tested code, while promoting adherence to modern engineering principles and teamwide coding standards
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to address user challenges, designing practical yet innovative solutions that deliver real impact
- Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and technical debates, while producing clear documentation to foster knowledge sharing and drive continuous team improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems, ideally serving millions of users, and at least 5+ years of experience with Python
- Proven experience in DevOps practices, including running and operating what you build
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and driving improvements in developer productivity
- Comfortable working in cloud environments (preferably Azure)
- Experience with microservices and database management.
