Responsibilities
- Customer support: Central point of contact for customers via phone, email and remote access.
- Independent acceptance, processing and documentation of service requests and incidents.
- Technical support and system monitoring: Analysis, prioritization and durable resolution of incidents in the areas of virtualization, Windows and Linux server services.
- Administration of server hardware, storage systems, operating systems and networks.
- Proactive monitoring of customer systems and regular health checks.
- Identification of root causes and derivation of improvement measures.
- Managed Services: Planning, execution and control of managed services within agreed SLAs.
- Participation in change management and consistent documentation of all processes.
- Preparation of service reports and support for Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
- Close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure stable, secure and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements

- Language skills: Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
