Marketing Web Developer overseeing website migration to modern technologies. Role includes integrating martech stack and using AI for performance enhancement.
Responsibilities
Lead the migration of the current corporate website to Webflow or another modern stack, with a focus on responsiveness, performance, technical SEO and international scalability.
Work with Webflow to evolve pages, templates and components with autonomy, consistency and speed.
Integrate and maintain the entire martech stack: **HubSpot, GTM, GA4, Lovable, pixels and tracking**.
Build and maintain **in-house AI-powered tools** to increase team performance and demand acquisition (e.g., copilots and internal agents, API automations, campaign optimization scripts).
Instrument events, tags and cookies with data governance and an emphasis on performance and privacy (LGPD-ready).
Support the marketing team with **tools and automations** for acquisition, content, SEO and CRO.
Act as the technical reference for the area, collaborating directly with designers, copywriters and growth leaders.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with **Webflow** (portfolio of pages and delivered projects).
Experience with **site migrations**, web performance and modern front-end architecture.
Strong command of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**, technical SEO best practices and accessibility.
Integration and governance experience with tools such as **HubSpot, GTM, GA4, Lovable, CRM/API**.
Experience in **digital marketing or B2B growth** environments, with a focus on conversion, speed and experimentation.
Advanced/fluent English.
Experience with **headless CMS** (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi).
Familiarity with modern frameworks such as **Next.js or Astro**.
Experience with projects aimed at international expansion (multi-language, geolocation, scalability).
Practical experience with **AI applications** (integrations with GPT/Claude/Gemini, personalization, copilots, agent orchestration and content automation).
Technical background in **CRO** or lightweight data engineering for marketing teams.
