About the role
- Financial Analyst supporting financial reporting and insights for the finance team in a hybrid work environment. Focused on data accuracy, monthly close activities, and variance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports
- Extract, validate, and analyze data from SAP and other financial systems
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist in variance analysis and performance tracking
- Identify discrepancies and resolve data issues
- Partner with the Finance Manager to deliver timely and accurate reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong Excel skills (required)
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an execution-focused role with high accuracy
