Responsibilities

Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in SHE or related discipline.
Extensive experience in SHE systems and governance roles.
Strong knowledge of SHE legislation and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to lead audits and assurance programs.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience driving cultural change and continuous improvement.
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and presentation skills.
Minimum 8+ years in SHE leadership roles.
