About the role
- Scrum Master managing multiple infrastructure teams in the Train Transfo Cloud. Implementing agile practices and facilitating ceremonies while ensuring team collaboration and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple infrastructure teams within the Train Transfo Cloud (TTC)
- Establish and ensure the sustainability of the agile framework (SAFe) adapted to the specific requirements of production operations
- Organize, plan and facilitate agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective
- Coordinate with the PPO to secure technical, functional and human prerequisites
- Develop, track and update steering metrics and provide regular reporting on flow performance
- Manage inter-team dependencies and interactions with project teams
- Support continuous improvement through a structured, progressive plan tailored to teams with limited agile experience
- Provide operational support to teams for issue resolution
- Foster collaboration, team cohesion and a positive team dynamic
Requirements
- SAFe – Strong experience – Mandatory
- JIRA – Strong experience – Mandatory
- Infrastructure (production, operations, operational maintenance) – Strong experience – Preferred
- Cloud – Strong experience – Preferred
- Technical knowledge: Windows, Linux/Unix, Middleware, Databases
- Fluent French – Mandatory
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex technical environments
- Significant experience in infrastructure/production contexts
- Agile certification (SAFe or equivalent) appreciated
