- Expertise in project planning and execution
- Experience in process development, design, scale-up, process optimization and validation
- Industry experience in a GMP-compliant environment
- Results-oriented approach
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills and assertiveness
