Responsibilities
Obtaining and preparing quotations; recording and reviewing invoices
Processing IT staff requests and internal inquiries
Correspondence with external service providers
Contract management as well as maintenance of invoice, hardware and archive data
Management and ordering of office supplies
Support with mobile communication matters and IT travel expense claims
General administrative tasks within the IT department
Requirements
Vocational training as a retail salesperson (Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Einzelhandel) and/or several years' proven experience as an office manager
Strong practical experience in commercial administrative operations
Meticulous and reliable working style
Strong IT affinity and willingness to learn
Confident user skills in MS Office
Proactive, committed and able to work independently within a team
