Requirements

- Non-probationary LCSW, LMFT, LMHC required
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, driving record meeting company policy, and proof of insurance required.
- Drug screen, TB test, extensive background check, and fingerprinting are required of all Meridian employees.
