Responsibilities
Develop, plan and implement strategies for the national Truck & Bus Dealer Network to contribute to brand profitability, market share and restructuring of operations at customer service locations;
Analyze and monitor the operational, economic-financial and quality performance of the Dealer Network, as well as follow up on improvement/development action plans; generate management reports, prepare and deliver presentations and draft internal and external communications;
Analyze market potential, network density and service coverage using geomarketing tools, data collection and analysis, and on-site visits; define appropriate business models; evaluate business cases for potential new entrants and assess business viability;
Conduct competitor studies and identify future trends in distribution and customer service in the automotive sector; drive continuous improvement of the Network’s and department’s processes and systems;
Manage the end-to-end process of opening and closing dealerships in accordance with company strategy, legal and technical requirements and the brand’s corporate identity standards;
Perform activities related to administration of concession contracts (appointments, terminations, etc.) and due diligences, in compliance with applicable legislation (Lei Ferrari, Conventions, etc.);
Carry out activities related to the Mercedes‑Benz StarClass quality program across the Dealer Network;
Organize regular Network Committee meetings; communicate, implement and follow up on actions resulting from Committee decisions;
Monitor corporate governance and succession plans for the Dealer Network;
Advise the Dealer Network on the development and implementation of projects, map best practices within the Network and promote their replication;
Ensure appropriate information flow and maintain continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders (internal departments, Dealer Network, trade associations, etc.); manage maintenance of the Network’s master data.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed (Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, IT or related fields);
Experience in KPI analysis, scenario analysis and preparation of management reports;
Ability to synthesize and summarize information;
Experience preparing and delivering presentations for management and executive leadership;
Intermediate English preferred;
Intermediate MS Office skills;
Category B driver’s license (CNH Cat. B);
Availability to travel.
