- 新機能・新サービスの導入推進：現場設計に留まらず、要件整理、導入計画、現場教育、立ち上げ、初期不良の課題解決まで実運用として“実装と定着”を完遂する
- クロスファンクションな要件定義：現場、3PL、システム（WMS等）と連携し、運用要件、コスト設計、各種制約を整理し、現場が実行可能なオペレーションフローを構築する
- ローンチ設計と立ち上げ責任：WMS運用設計、例外処理の定義、現場教育、監査体制の構築を含めたローンチ設計と立ち上げに責任をもつ
- 標準化と拠点展開：構築したモデルを複数拠点や/複数3PLへ展開するための標準化を行い、スケジュールに基づいた横展開を実現する

Requirements
- 物流・サプライチェーン領域における実務経験：3年以上または同等の実務能力
- 物流プロジェクト推進：倉庫や物流領域における新規導入プロジェクトの立ち上げ、複数拠点展開および実運用への定着までをリードした経験
- ステークホルダー・マネージメント：社内外（現場/3PL/キャリア/CS/システム等）のステークホルダーを巻き込み、合意形成して物事を前に進める推進力
- データドリブンな課題解決：データに基づく課題特定と改善推進の経験（KPI設計、要因分解、効果検証）
- オペレーションの構造化・仕組化能力：オペレーションを“運用で吸収”ではなく、ルール・標準・仕組みに落とす力（SOP/監査観点/教育設計など）
