Responsibilities
- Create and edit videos focused on high-performance ads for Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Develop creative assets adapted to different formats and platforms
- Produce short, dynamic, conversion-oriented videos
- Test different creative approaches (hooks, storytelling, quick cuts, motion, captions, etc.)
- Adapt and optimize existing content for paid traffic campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and performance teams
- Participate in developing creative concepts for digital campaigns
- Edit creators' content, UGC, and in-house footage for ads
Requirements
- Proven experience editing videos for paid media
- Proficiency with editing tools such as Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Knowledge of formats and best practices for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Ability to create short videos with high impact in the first seconds (hooks)
- Understanding of storytelling for ads and audience retention
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
