Requirements
- A full-stack engineer with a frontend focus and a genuine interest in mental health and building technology that makes a positive impact
- Deep experience with TypeScript and modern frontend development, ideally including Solid.js or similar frameworks
- Comfortable collaborating with backend systems and APIs, and happy to contribute server-side when needed
- Solid understanding of web fundamentals, performance, and user experience best practices
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (we use Postgres)
- Interest in learning and growing with Rust (prior experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, iterative startup environment
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and values collaboration
- Clear communicator who enjoys shared ownership and working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers
