Responsibilities

• Help shape our AI standard: You will contribute to the further development of our prompting and configuration standards, help clearly define what belongs in the standard versus what should be configured per client, and develop safety nets so the AI acts safely and purposefully in the vast majority of cases.
• Reusable building blocks: You will help build robust prompt patterns and configuration modules and prepare guidelines and best practices so the team and service partners can apply them easily.
• 2nd-level support: You will support the customer team with challenging cases, prepare well-founded recommendations, and liaise with customers when needed.
• Support onboardings: You will assist with customer onboardings, perform configurations, and monitor effects in live operation to derive targeted improvements together with Product and Engineering.
• Advance CARL: You will work on the further development of our AI-based onboarding and support agent CARL (prompting, tools, workflows) and help make configuration adjustments for us and our partners more efficient.
• Evaluation and monitoring: You will support setting up metrics, tests, and A/B experiments for AI dialogues (e.g., task success, safety, hallucinations), configure monitoring, and deliver structured analyses for iterative improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field (STEM, business informatics, or similar) or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial practical experience with AI/LLMs (e.g., prompting & agents) — from projects, internships, student positions, or personal applications.
• Analytical and structured working style: formulate and test hypotheses and document results clearly.
• Strong service and team orientation: enjoyment of customer contact and confident, empathetic communication.
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills.
• Genuine interest in the healthcare sector and in understanding clinical workflows; strong sense of responsibility for data privacy and security and willingness to learn in a dynamic startup environment.
