Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief People Officer.
Play a critical role in designing, executing, and scaling people programs that enhance employee experience, strengthen manager capability, and drive operational excellence across the People function.
Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on employee engagement, manager capability, learning and development, and well-being.
Manage the strategy and execution of the organization’s total rewards and benefits programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, CEBS) a plus.
6+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in HR operations, benefits, performance management, and L&D.
Proven experience designing and managing benefits programs, including plan design, vendor management, compliance, and communication.
Strong understanding of U.S. benefits regulations and best practices.
Track record of building scalable people programs from the ground up including experience leading L&D or talent development programs at scale.
Excellent communication, project management, and change management skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
Experience both working with and implementing modern HR systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, Lattice, Culture Amp, LMS platforms).
Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, or evolving environments with the ability to adapt practices proactively to meet changing needs.
Demonstrated ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
