Responsibilities

• You support the planning, organization and execution of influencer campaigns
• You assist with briefings, timelines and communication with our talents
• You help with campaign reporting and analysis
• You spot trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
• You contribute to the strategic development of our talents
• You research interesting brands that are a good fit for our talents
• You draft initial outreach messages (email, LinkedIn, DMs, etc.)
• You actively work with our CRM tool and support lead management
• You support the preparation of presentations and pitches
• You learn how an initial contact develops into a real collaboration

Requirements

• You love social media, creators and trends
• You are communicative, organized and take ownership of your tasks
• You are eager to be part of a small, focused team
• You enjoy working in an organized way, have a good sense for language and an eye for detail
• You speak and write German at native level
