Responsibilities
Participate in system design and simulation during the bidding process
Contribute to the development of robotic solutions that may include a variety of robots, cobots, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), operator interfaces (HMIs), and specialized mechanisms tailored to our clients' manufacturing processes
Develop various applications and implement robot programs
Verify proper operation of programs and ensure their integration with other system components
Commission systems at our facility prior to delivery to ensure compliance
Participate in installations and commissioning at client sites
Provide technical support to clients after commissioning
Other related duties.
Requirements
AEC or DEC in Robotics, Industrial Electronics, Mechanical Engineering (robotics profile), or another relevant field
3+ years of work experience
Fluent in French, both spoken and written
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Experience with the Fanuc platform (asset); Allen-Bradley (asset)
Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks (assets)
Knowledge of mechanical systems/pneumatics (an asset)
Willingness to travel for project implementation at client sites (Canada/US)
